When you have any problems when going to restaurants, any hotel, or anywhere and the staff didn’t take any actions and didn’t care about your problem! You can write an email for complaint to their company. But be careful to write it formally. You can express your feeling but don’t be rude and don’t forget to write how the situation’s going. Then, you should tell them what you want how the problem to be solve is.
